Financial Options

At Counseling for Healthy Minds, we offer both private pay and insurance options to help make counseling accessible for individuals, couples, and families. We currently accept Aetna, BCBS, Curative, Cigna, Tricare West, UHC, and UMR. If you have questions about coverage or payment options, our team is happy to help you navigate the process and find the best fit for your needs.

Anita Henrichson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults.
Nichole’s approach is rooted in hope, healing, and the power of prayer. With a compassionate and gentle manner, she empowers clients to find freedom in Christ Jesus, no matter how deep their emotional wounds may be.

April Bryden, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor 

April specializes in anxiety, depression, PTSD, and cognitive impairments such as learning differences, ADD/ADHD, concussion, TBI, stroke, and dementia. She works with clients to help them understand and manage these challenges, fostering empowerment and emotional stability.

Megan Murphy, LPC-A

Megan specializes in working with children, teens, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-worth and confidence, bullying, peer pressure, social anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and the emotional impact of absent parents. She is especially passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions, overcome life’s obstacles, and move toward lasting healing.

Katrina Hawkins, LPC-A

Katrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with over a decade of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.


Katrina has a heart for helping women balance their many roles and reconnect with themselves. She also supports children and teens facing depression or trauma and walks alongside those feeling stuck as they rediscover joy and direction in life.

Nichole Jackson, LPC Director of Operations

Jeanette Robins, LPC-A

Supervised by LaTia Green, MEd, LPC-S

Jeanette brings decades of experience in higher education, sleep, and neurological wellness settings, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed approach, she integrates CPT, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT to help clients build resilience, process difficult experiences, and improve emotional well-being. She also supports individuals with challenges such as ADHD by helping them develop practical coping strategies and recognize their personal strengths.
