Bringing decades of experience across higher education, sleep, and neurological wellness settings, Jeanette specializes in helping clients conquer anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has a deep understanding of how mental health affects physical health, how core struggles fuel intense emotions, sleeplessness, and poor performance that strain both personal and professional relationships.  To address these challenges, Jeanette utilizes a trauma-informed lens to help individuals safely process difficult stressors and reclaim their emotional stability through Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and a psychodynamic approach.

Alongside her trauma work, she incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and goal-oriented strategies to help clients identify and overcome difficult life transitions and other personal challenges, such as ADHD. She helps clients identify their personal strengths, triggers, and internal and external resources. Within this collaborative, structured space, clients build practical skills, deepen their emotional understanding, and foster the resiliency needed to navigate life's heaviest challenges.

Jeanette is the proud mother of a son and two daughters, and more recently a new grandmother of an adorable baby boy.
