Life can sometimes leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, or uncertain — from ourselves, our families, or even our faith. Whether you’re a couple struggling to reconnect, a mother overwhelmed by expectations, a man seeking purpose, or a child facing big emotions, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
As a Christ-centered therapist, Katrina blends compassionate talk therapy with practical, faith-honoring steps that support your mind, body, and spirit. Her heart is to help individuals break free from anxiety, depression, trauma, and discouragement — and walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose.
