A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Reset Retreat in the Yucca Valley is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

In-Person/Virtual  Counseling Sessions 

At Counseling for Healthy Minds, individual therapy provides a safe and supportive space for clients to process emotions, navigate life challenges, and work toward personal growth. Our counselors help children, teens, and adults develop healthy coping skills for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. Each session is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the client to encourage healing, confidence, and emotional wellness.

Couple Counseling Sessions

Couples therapy helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection within their relationship. Our counselors work with couples to navigate conflict, life transitions, intimacy concerns, and patterns that may be creating disconnection or tension. Sessions are designed to foster understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and support healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Play-Therapy Counseling Sessions

Play therapy allows children to express thoughts and emotions in a natural and developmentally appropriate way through play, creativity, and interaction. Our therapists use specialized techniques to help children process experiences related to anxiety, behavioral concerns, trauma, social struggles, grief, and family changes. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, children can build emotional regulation, communication skills, and self-confidence in a safe environment.

Family Therapy Counseling Sessions

Family therapy provides a collaborative space for families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships within the home. Our therapists help families address challenges such as behavioral concerns, parenting struggles, blended family dynamics, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. By working together, families can develop healthier patterns of interaction and create a more supportive and connected family environment.

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.
