Anita Henrichson, MBS, LPC-S

Anita Henrichson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults. She earned her Master’s in Behavioral Science in 1997 and became a licensed counselor in 1999. Anita has extensive experience in play therapy for children, individual and group therapy, mental health evaluations, marriage and family counseling, and serving as an expert witness.

Her therapy approach focuses on the person, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Solution Focused Therapy and Client Education. She addresses various issues including abuse, addictions, anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders, family problems, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, and more.

April Bryden, LPC, CBIS

Before moving to Texas, April was a school psychologist in New York, working in public schools. She helped children with issues like bullying, social skills, family conflicts, learning challenges, and emotional difficulties. April loves counseling kids and teens and uses her art degree to include creative methods in therapy. In Texas, she began working with brain injuries as a Psychometrist and Cognitive Rehabilitation Coordinator and became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) in 2019. She also has experience in psychiatric hospitals. April emphasizes the importance of healthy thinking and integrates Cognitive Therapy into her practice. Her goal is to provide a supportive environment and teach coping and emotional self-management skills.
